Pastoral Council

The Pastoral Council is a group of parishioners who advise the Pastor on matters that affect the spiritual and material well being of St. Anne Catholic Community. The Council is comprised of the Pastor, his parochial vicars, and 11 lay members drawn from all aspects of the parish. The lay men and women are chosen by discernment to serve up to three years.

Through members' interaction with fellow parishioners and involvement with Church ministries and activities, the Pastoral Council serves as a voice for the Community. Parish Finance Council

The Parish Finance Council advises the Pastor in the administration of parish finances. Council members are appointed at the discretion of the Pastor based on credentials and serve a 4 year term.

Members of the Finance Council must be registered parishioners for at least 18 months, have a history of consistently supporting the Parish through the Sunday offering, be committed to the work of the Church, be part of the worshiping community, have an active spiritual life, and have a bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience. Desired areas of professional expertise include finance, accounting, business administration, commercial real estate, commercial property management, fundraising, and law.

Buildings and Grounds

This committee is appointed by the Pastor to review maintenance needs and new projects for improvement or beautification. Members have an interest in campus aesthetics, inside and out. Desired experience includes architecture, engineering, design and building management or maintenance.

Archives of St. Anne

The purpose of maintaining the archives is to centralize, organize, preserve, protect, and make available the records and materials which pertain to the origin, history, spirit, and growth of St. Anne Catholic Church. Computer literate volunteers are needed to input documents with a partner into archival software.

Money Counters

Money counters assist the office of Business Administrator by counting, recording, and preparing for deposit the collections received at Masses.
