At present I am a permanent deacon ... In 1994, I entered St. Marys Seminary in Houston to participate in the Deaconate program. I was ordained as a deacon by Bishop Fiorenza in 1999 and received a degree in pastoral theology from the University of St. Thomas. After my ordination, I returned to St. Anne where I have been a member since moving to Houston in 1991.
I graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in architecture and engineering. Afterwards, I studied pneumatic and suspension architecture and engineering in Berlin, Germany. Currently, I am a registered professional engineer and architect in Texas. I am the principal of a forensic engineering company. For many years, I was the principal of a development, design and construction company.
My wife, Pat, and I live and work in Houston. We have two daughters and four grandchildren. Our daughters and their families live in Houston. I love to jog, to read and to travel.
