A full-time Learning Resources teacher staffs our Center. She is available to work with small groups or one-on-one, using a variety of materials and teaching methods to re-teach or extend classroom learning, work on study skills, or simply to provide a quiet, untimed test environment.

Certain classrooms in our nearly 80 year old school are in need of a facelift. In recent summers, through many generous donations of the families and friends of St. Anne Catholic Community, we completely gutted many of our classrooms and rebuilt them from the ground up. New flooring, electrical wiring, plumbing, white boards, projectors, SmartBoards, document cameras, etc. were added to these rooms and the resulting Ideal Classrooms are a huge success!

Most recently, the school has beautifully retrofitted our entire junior high wing, with remodeling of the remaining classrooms to come during the next few years. Keep your eye out for more construction. Earmarked donations to this important project are always welcome! Please contact our front office for more information.
Commitment to Technology: Our existing classrooms, though due to be updated, are already equipped with a wide array of technology. Throughout the school, we have SmartBoards and digital projectors in all classrooms, and most are fitted with document cameras as well. Each classroom has at least one, if not more, student computers, and our library has a bank of computers for student and parent use as well. In addition, we have two mobile labs of 24 laptops each that are transportable to classrooms when the teacher needs computers in a class lesson.
Situated in the second floor of our O'Leary Wing, our new Science Lab serves as a science resource for grades 3 - 8. Twelve individual sinks make group projects easier to manage, and a mounted projector, portable SmartBoard, plenty of workspace and natural light help this room support the many exciting experiments performed by the students.
Our beautiful Art Room is located on the second floor of our Shea Center for Fine Arts and Administration. It is situated high in the rafters of our original church, which was built in the late 1920s. These solid wood rafters were restored prominently in our 2007 construction project, and now, combined with the large amount of natural light as well as state of the art resources for creative learning, our Art Room is as magnificent as the priceless art the students compose each and every day.
Music Room: Designed with sharp acoustics in mind, our exquisite Music Room is a delight for all ages. The two-story tall structure captures the harmonious voices of our students, the strumming of acoustic and electric guitars, the soft tones of recorders, as well as the ringing of bells, triangles and xylophones. This remarkable room is located on the first floor of our Shea Center for Fine Arts and Administration, but was once the ground floor of the original St. Anne Church. Our extensive 2007 renovation preserved much of the striking wood paneled doors, original cut out windows and gorgeous rustic wood rafters.
We are fortunate to have a new, fully equipped Computer Learning Center thanks to our St. Anne School Foundation. The computer lab has 25 computers, 3 color laser printers, a digital projector and SmartBoard, as well as a dedicated student server. This new lab was completed in July, 2007 and is located on the second floor of our new O'Leary Wing.

Our Early Childhood Center fills the entire ground floor of the new O'Leary Wing. Our two PreK 3 and two PreK 4 rooms, as well as our three Kindergarten rooms, are sectioned so that they can share resources, teachers, and facilities. Tiny children need tiny sinks and tiny toilets: they are not disappointed in these beautiful rooms! Surrounded by natural light with views to two different playgrounds, a vegetable garden and a butterfly garden, these peaceful rooms are also be a hotbed of learning activity. From paste to colors to letters to document cameras, SmartBoards and projectors, our Early Childhood rooms are brimming with activity or drowsily embracing the children at nap time.
